The thing I don't get is the obsession with T.E. Lawrence. David obviously is obsessed after watching Lawrence of Arabia over and over, but even Ridley Scott named the character "Elizabeth Shaw", "Shaw" was a pseudonym Lawrence used in the 1930's when he was seeking anonymity.
